Southern Fried and Schnitzel, and between them they cover most of what a good night in looks like. The Original is the benchmark, golden, craggy, ridiculously crunchy with Hot 'n' Spicy for anyone who wants a bit of a fight, and a Gluten Friendly version so nobody's left eating salad. The Schnitzel does Original or Herb & Garlic, and it's the only thing standing between you and the best schnitty of your life.
There's a Chicken Stuffing in here too. Not technically a coating, but the Head Rooster wasn't about to leave it out of the roast.
