About Our Products
-
All our rubs, sauces, and seasonings are proudly Australian owned and made. We use as many Australian-grown and sourced ingredients as possible, keeping it local. Our recipes are built from real flavour experience and born in our own kitchen, not a lab.
-
All of our products are commercially blended and made right here in Australia. We are committed to local manufacturing and supporting Australian producers and companies wherever we can.
-
We keep our products as natural as possible and they don't contain artificial flavours or colours, but you will find MSG in our Chicken Salt, one of the most researched and widely used flavour enhancers in the world, and a staple of great cooking globally. Our other rubs can contain small amounts of anti-caking agents that keep your rubs and seasonings perfectly textured.. Full ingredient lists are available on each product page, so you always know what's going in your food.
-
Our rubs, and Gluten Friendly Southern Fried Chicken Coating do not contain any ingredients with gluten. Our other Southern Fried Chicken and Schnitzel coatings do contain wheat and are not suitable for those with gluten intolerance or coeliac disease.
While our rubs and gluten friendly coating are produced in the same facility, our commercial blender takes substantial measures minimise any risk, with gluten free products blended at the start of the week before any wheat-containing products are made, and then the facility fully hosed-out and cleaned. That said, as they share the same facility, we cannot guarantee the absence of trace gluten and recommend that anyone with coeliac disease or a severe gluten intolerance takes this into account before purchasing.
Please refer to the individual product pages for allergen and dietary information. If you have a serious allergy or intolerance, we recommend checking the full ingredient list or contacting us directly.

Yes, they certainly are.

Most of our rubs and coatings are plant-based. Please check the individual product pages for confirmation, as some sauces may contain animal-derived ingredients.
-
Our dry rubs and coatings have a shelf life of up to 24 months when stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Sauces should be refrigerated after opening and used within 6–8 weeks. Best before dates are printed on every product.
-
Keep rubs and coatings in a cool, dry place with the lid or bag sealed tightly. Sauces should be stored in the fridge once opened. Avoid storing outside or near heat sources like your stove or BBQ as it will shorten the shelf life.
