These four are the Head Rooster's own — Chicken Salt, Charcoal Chicken, Peri Peri and Jamaican Jerk, all born in his kitchen, not a lab, and blended right here in Melbourne. Each one earns its spot in the Hen House doing something the others can't, whether that's an old-school chicken salt that ruins you for hot chips anywhere else, the smokey char of the local corner chook shop, or a jerk that'll happily take over your lamb.
